How does the 1.95% commission on Pay As You Go work?
You're only charged 1.95% of the value of bookings that ShadowBook's AI closes directly — nothing on bookings made through other channels. There are no setup fees or monthly minimums, and charges are automatically capped at €195/month, which is roughly where bookings reach €10K/month. Above ~€20K/month in AI-direct bookings, your effective rate falls under 1%.
What is the 12x ROI Guarantee on the Annual Plan?
The Annual Plan (€1,495/year) and Founders 3-Year offer both include a 12x ROI Guarantee: if your recorded AI-direct bookings fall short of €18,000 for the year, we automatically issue a proportional Stripe credit — so the plan effectively pays for itself.
What's included in the Founders 3-year offer?

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel Pay As You Go at any time from your dashboard with no penalty. Annual and Founders plans are prepaid for their term; reach out to support if your situation changes.

Our core plans include a generous allowance of messaging volume suitable for most properties and retailers. For very high volume messaging, we offer custom Enterprise tiers with capped commission and dedicated infrastructure.
